Skin care is an important regimen in day today life.

In routing work skincare is often neglected assuming skin is less important and it is made in attention only when it is reflected in disease state .

Why skin care and attention is necessary ?

Skin is the largest organ of the body it not only protects inner important organs like heart ,kidney ,stomach etc but it is also a thermal regulator .

Infact Skin is a mirror of inner health more the individual is internally healthy skin looks healthy.

As soon as the internal health deranges skin may start showing sign and symptoms outwardly.

When to worry

When we experience things Like Itching ,redness inflammation ,burning
Also in outgrowth like tags warts also in Hypo or Hyper hyperpigmented diseases like vitiligo PIH( Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation) etc .

In bacterial, fungal, viral , parasitic infections manifestation in form of all of these symptoms varying in its intensity , duration and appearance .

Type of Symptoms

Subjective symptoms like itching burning can be at a serious level to make patient anxious.

Objective symptoms like growth change in color of skin, texture,discharges can be identified and diagnosed .

My Experience

At my practice i have observed patient taking these initial symptoms casually or dp some home remedies till the condition becomes worse.

Measures to be Taken…
Proper diagnosis and treatment can be done only by a professional medical practitioner .

So it is important to understand the seriousness by every individual and avoid negligence.

Well Planned Diet
Nutritional defiencies play major role in ruining overall and thereby skin health.
Diet should be planned in such a way that it will comprise all vitamins, minerals, plenty of proteins, moderate fats and liquids.

Protection of Skin
Broad spectrum sunscreen can protect skin from harmful sunlight also UVA and UVB.
Type of sunscreen should be selected according to dry and oily skin as per professionals advice.

Hydration.
For thermoregulation fluids are necessary in quantities specially in summers.
Coconut water, Lemon water, Buttermilk, fresh fruit juices should be chosen over aerated drinks.

Avoid..

Firstly avoid googling about your symptoms as it might be dangerous to self diagnose and self medicate.

Stepping out in Sun for longer duration without any cause.

Antiperspirants block pores of outer layer of the skin by aluminium hydrochloride inhibiting secretion of toxins which can cause inflammation at site.

Stress
Any kind of physical and mental stress derange health one of which skin related issues.

Do not Share
Clothes Accessories like comb Soaps garments etc of affected persons in fungal parasitical infections like as these are contagious.

Naturally Overall hygiene and lifestyle management carries important role in skin health.
